Banana Chocolate Chip Pops Recipe
Banana Chocolate Chip Pops
1 medium ripe banana
8 oz. low-fat banana or vanilla yogurt
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
2 tbsps. mini-chocolate chips
Break banana into pieces and place in food processor or blender with yogurt and allspice.
Process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl, add chocolate chips and stir well.
Pour mixture into 4 popsicle molds or Dixie cups.
Place lids on molds, or popsicle sticks into cups.
Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Briefly run hot water over molds to loosen pops.
Makes 4 servings.
